Mailing List Set-Up and Hosting

Need a mailing list to keep your fans updated? We’ll set up the software to allow you to do that on our own servers. You can add code to allow users to sign-up from anywhere on the internet and we’ll give you the administration tools to manage users and messages. You’ll be able to send emails out to the entire list with just a few clicks!

Mailing List Maintenance and Updating

If you already have a mailing list (or if we set one up for you), you may not want to maintain it yourself. We’ll help you send out messages (up to four per month), as well as create an attractive graphic design and code for each mailing.

Community Message Board Set-up and Hosting

Along with the above, we suggest giving the fans their own community/message board in order to begin to form them into a cohesive group. This is a great start of getting your fans together and organized. Our boards run fast and are spam and ad-free.

Community Message Board Management

If you need someone to update and maintain your message board, we can handle that for you. We’ll post regularly and try to keep fans coming back for more.

Text Messaging System Set-up and Management

Sunrise can work with setting up a text messaging “Fan Club” with Broadtexter or community that works like a mailing list but you would be able to text message your fans information about shows, etc. We will also help you manage your text messaging system for you. If you need a message sent out, we’ll do it in a timely manner.
